Our hybrid model covers 5 security domains and 22 subdomains and incorporates concepts from a combination of existing (cybersecurity) maturity models, security standards and best practices.

The new edition benefits from additional improvements to the model. It is now aligned with the content of ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and should be a valuable tool to help demonstrate that your organisation is in control.

The CM-SMM comes with a self-assessment scorecard that helps you determine the current maturity levels for your organisation. It allows you to benchmark your organisation's current security maturity and to measure how security practices are evolving through time.
